Tell NJDEP: Protect Camden residents from toxic air pollutants

Dear NJDEP,

In September 2020, Governor Murphy signed a strong environmental bill into law, which requires NJDEP to evaluate the environmental and public health impacts of facilities on overburdened communities when reviewing permit applications, including the cumulative impacts of air pollution.

Many applicants are trying to rush permits for approvals before NJDEP finalizes rules to fully implement this legislation. For the public health of the residents of Camden and surrounding communities, please don't increase additional air toxics under NJDEP Permit BOP190005.

Sincerely,
