Support Oxygen Restoration in the Delaware Estuary

Delaware River Basin Commission,

Water quality regulations in the Delaware River do not sufficiently protect the health of the aquatic life that depend on it. These outdated regulations threaten the survival of the river's genetically unique Atlantic Sturgeon, an endangered species. We need to restore dissolved oxygen to levels needed for all species of fish and aquatic life to not only survive, but thrive. I urge you to conform with the Clean Water Act and update the dissolved oxygen standards.
