Tell Gov. Murphy: Electrify diesel trucks now

Diesel trucks are one of the leading sources of air and climate pollution in New Jersey. They are also harmful to human health, causing and exacerbating heart and lung diseases like asthma and lung cancer. Although diesel trucks account for a small percentage of the miles traveled on New Jersey roads, they emit a large portion of the toxic air pollutants that make us sick. If we want to reduce our impact on the climate and put public health first, we need to focus on electrifying diesel vehicles.

That's why we need the Murphy administration to formally adopt the Advanced Clean Truck rule, which will require an increasing percentage of trucks each year to be electric. Send a message to Governor Murphy now, telling him that you support this rule.
